6 Ideas for a Healthy Smoothie for a Toddler

Does your child absolutely hate eating vegetables and even fruit? It may be best to sneak these products into their dishes, and not serve them whole. Here are my smoothie recipes.

1. Healthy fruit and vegetable smoothie

Ingredients:
Carrots - 1 piece
Celery stalk- 2 pieces
Pear - 1 piece
Orange - 1 piece
Method:
Clean the fruit, grate the carrot and pear, chop the celery finely, and break the orange into pieces. Blend everything together.

2. Kiwi, apple and linseed smoothie

Ingredients:
Kiwi - 2 pieces
Apple - 1 piece
Linseed grains - half a teaspoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
Peel the fruit and dice it. Add fruit, water and ground flaxseed to the bowl - blend. 

3.Smoothie with celery, strawberries, pears and kiwi

Ingredients:
Celery- 3 stalks
Frozen strawberries - 5 pieces
Kiwi - 1 piece
Pear - 1 piece
Water- half a glass
Linseed - 1/4 tsp
Method:
Chop all ingredients and blend together. Grind the seed and add it to the smoothie just before drinking.

4.Pear-apple-orange-spinach cocktail

Ingredients:
Orange - 1 piece
Apple - 1 piece
Pear - 1 piece
Baby spinach - 2 handfuls
Method:
Peel and crush the fruit. Remove the spinach stalks. Blend everything together.

5. The cocktail is sweet

Ingredients:
Baby spinach - 1 cup
Orange - 1 piece
Banana - 1 piece
Method:
Wash the spinach and cut the stalks. Squeeze the orange juice, cut the banana into slices. Blend all ingredients.

6. Hearty milk and fruit cocktail

Ingredients:
Banana - 1 piece
Frozen strawberries - 100g
Dried cranberries - 36g
Apple - 1 piece
Milk 1.5% - ½ cup
Method:
Cut the banana and apple into slices, pour them into a pot as well as other ingredients. Mix everything up.
